With over 19 years of operations experience across Electronic Solutions, Medical Device, and Aerospace & Defense manufacturing industries, Tony leads digital transformation at Molex, establishing cutting edge and EBDITDA driven smart manufacturing, operational excellence, and digital supply chain capabilities, across 20+ manufacturing sites spanning 12 countries. Embracing Agile Methodologies in a VUCA environment, he has been the driving force of transformation, including establishing the latest in modern MES, PLM, ERP, IIOT, Advanced Planning and Scheduling, Unified Namespace, Operational Data Fabric, Digital Worker, and Advanced Analytics (ML/AI) Technologies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
