Daniel Paula

Daniel Paula, CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, MBA, has extensive experience designing, implementing, and leading advanced analytics, and cyber risk operations, solutions, strategy, and programs. He worked at KPMG, Federal Reserve Bank, FIS, Charles Schwab, and Wells Fargo. He has a BS in Computer Science from UFMG and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. He is considered one of the leading experts in the industry. He has been a practitioner in cyber security for many years and has led large organizations' information and cyber security teams. His books are written to avoid technical jargon and turn the difficult and complex issue of cyber security easy to read and understand. Born and raised in Brazil, Daniel lives with his family in Chandler, AZ.
