Jay Tkachuk

Jay Tkachuk is an experienced financial technology executive and a digital transformation leader with more than two decades of guiding large regional financial institutions through technological evolution. He has spent his career at the intersection of digital strategy, user experience, enterprise architecture, artificial intelligence, and organizational change management. Known for his pragmatic approach to technology, Jay champions purposeful innovation: using AI and machine learning to analyze data and optimize operational workflows, while keeping human context, empathy, and strategic leadership at the center of decision-making. Jay also serves on the board of directors of the Ukrainian American House, a Sacramento-based non-profit dedicated to forging connections between the US and Ukraine. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
