Jennifer Richardson is a technology leader with twenty-four years of experience in Financial Services focused on Insurance and Consumer Banking solutions. Her career spans Bank One, IBM, Nationwide Insurance, and Discover Financial Services where she has led web, mobile, data, contact center, and voice technology driven solutions. Applying technology and automation to banking processes is core to the work Jennifer is accountable for each day. In her current role, Jennifer is leading solutions that power automated digital customer communications, an ADA compliant web component library to accelerate developers web site creation, and solutions to capture customer sentiment to generate automated insights to designers and strategy teams to understand customer behavior. When away from her corporate work, Jennifer focuses on her 5 kids and finding ways to help them automate their lives. She is a constant learner (the only way to survive the tech industry) and an avid reader of fiction books to escape from the real-world in small increments.
