Jonathan Phillips has over 25 years’ experience in leading and mentoring teams of various sizes - in both work environments and volunteer organizations. With deep expertise in enterprise applications ranging from customer relationship management to contact centers and communications networks, Jonathan combines business acumen with technical expertise, Jonathan provides counsel, design and architectural guidance and shares implementation best-practices with customers, partners and sales / solutions engineering teams in both customer-specific engagements as well as global training initiatives. Jonathan is well respected for his listening and observation skills, critical analysis, quick understanding and application of new concepts and business capabilities, deep understanding of the technologies and integration of enterprise software – CRM, telecom and Contact Centers in particular - as well as collaboration, team building and servant leadership. Jonathan is recognized for his multi-lingual communication and presentation skills in both business and technical settings and is regularly asked to participate in discovery, presentation and demonstrations of integrated solutions in customer engagements. Jonathan is a 5-star Salesforce Ranger and a certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder. Jonathan currently is the team leader for Industry and Product Marketing for the communications, media and tech verticals at Salesforce, providing world-class marketing assets and programs to drive pipeline and revenue for Salesforce. This includes providing practical counsel and winning solutions for customers, delivering world-class enablement for partners as well as internal sales and solution engineering teams, and mentoring for team members in Marketing.
