Katherine Minami

Katherine Minami is a vice president and account executive in the Management and Professional Liability (“MPL”) Department for NFP Property & Casualty. With comprehensive knowledge of the insurance broking process, Katherine leads data analysis and digital platform development to unlock process improvement and deliver innovative solutions to clients. She is also responsible for client relationship management, risk analysis, insurance purchase advice and brokerage, and market relationship management. Katherine has 18 years of experience in the finance industry, including 8 years in insurance. Her technical specialties in insurance include: directors and officers liability; FI errors and omissions; employment practices; fiduciary liability; fidelity bond; and network security/cyber liability. Her insurance path included engagements at Alliant and Marsh. Prior to insurance, Katherine was part of the corporate real estate strategy unit at Marsh & McLennan and a short-term fixed income trader at the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation. She has a BSBA from American University, MBA from Fordham University and certificates in ‘AI: Implications for Business Strategy’ from MIT and ‘Python for Managers’ from Columbia
