In addition to my technical knowledge, I have a talent for managing and motivating a team of cybersecurity professionals. I lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment and providing regular training and professional development opportunities for my staff. I work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including the CISO, CTO, and health systems clinical and business leadership team members, to raise awareness of cybersecurity best practices and educate staff on protecting sensitive information. I also develop and manage the cybersecurity technology budget and recommend investments in technology and staffing to ensure we have the resources we need to secure the organization. As a trusted advisor and thought leader in cybersecurity, I am committed to keeping the organization's information and systems secure and maintaining the highest privacy and security standards for our patients and stakeholders.
