About The Speaker
Dr. Williams holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University, an MA in Organization Management from University of Phoenix, a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University, and a BA in Organizational Behavior from National-Louis University. He is currently Sr. Vice President of Operations for Alert Communications based in Ventura County, CA, and has garnered 30 years of experience in key leadership roles for companies such as AT&T, and Nationwide Insurance. He has taught various undergraduate and graduate business courses at Penn State University, University of Phoenix, California-National University, and Fremont College. He also serves on the Advisory Board for University of California’s Customer Experience Council. Among his recent accolades include the Leadership Impact Award from the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce (2019), Distinguished Alumni Award from University of Phoenix (2019), and his appointment to the University of California’s Customer Experience Council (2021). Dr. Williams currently lives in California, and is father to three young adults, Ryan, Reid, and Kayla Williams.
