Marcus Peet

Marcus Peet is the Senior Director of Information Security at PT Solutions, where he leads the company's cybersecurity strategy and operations for a large-scale workforce. With over two decades of expertise in Information Technology and Cybersecurity, Marcus has enhanced PT Solutions' security posture through strategic planning and robust implementation of industry standards such as NIST 800.53 CSF and HITRUST CSF. He is adept at managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in security operations. Prior to joining PT Solutions, Marcus held key roles at ATS Waypoint and Waypoint Systems, where he led significant IT projects and optimized security measures. His career began in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Communications Technician and Recruiter. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science in Networks and Cyber Security (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
