Marianne Yen

Marianne Yen is the Chief Compliance Officer for the New York Branch of CTBC Bank Co. Ltd., the largest bank in Taiwan. She is an attorney with 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Past affiliations include Morgan Stanley, where she was Head of Policies and Procedures for the combined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney broker dealer; Barclays, where she held the position Head of Strategic Risk for Wealth Management and the Registered Investment Advisor in the U.S.; and AlixPartners, where she served as the subject matter expert on the Monitorship team overseeing a global bank fined for AML and Sanctions violations. Ms. Yen is also a Lecturer-in-Law at the Columbia Law School, her alma mater.
