Mark Ehrhardt

Mark Ehrhardt is a Design and Innovation leader currently working in the Payment Industry. Previously he worked with KPMG as a Director in the Innovation Strategy & Digital Transformation practices. During this time, he led multiple product and service transformation initiatives within the Finance domain. He holds an MS in Strategic Management and an M.Des in Interaction Design. He specializes in applying outside in methods to better achieve customer and business goals.
