Rebecca Gulaskey
Rebecca was born in a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA, where she grew up in the '80s alongside her older brothers Paul and Howard. A passionate music lover, she trained in both piano and French horn and was actively involved in school and community choirs. In 1996, Rebecca married her high school sweetheart, Ron Gulaskey, and moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where she launched a 30-year career with Procter & Gamble. Over the years, her career took her and her family to Louisiana and Cairo, Egypt, before she was appointed Senior Director of the Global Oral Care Business, based in Mason, Ohio. As a seasoned executive in engineering, Rebecca is deeply committed to mentoring young women in STEM fields, leading corporate and community enrichment events, and speaking to inspire others. Outside of corporate work, Rebecca enjoys staying active through group fitness classes, dancing, and skiing with her family. Her two children, Cadence (23) and Hunter (19), are both students at the University of Cincinnati. Cadence will soon begin her career as a chemical engineer at P&G, while Hunter is pursuing a degree in Aviation and cheering for UC’s Division 1 Cheer team. Ron is the owner and operator of Retire Right Wealth Management in Mason, Ohio. With a passion for empowering others and sharing her experiences, Rebecca is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations foster growth, inspire change, and develop the next generation of leaders.
