Rik Khurana is Head of Generative AI at OneMain Financial, where he leads enterprise GenAI strategy and adoption across a regulated financial services environment. His work focuses on turning AI innovation into practical business impact through initiatives such as Conversational AI, RAG-based enterprise search, operations enablement, and AI capabilities that improve customer experience, enterprise productivity, and business efficiency. Rik brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience across AI/ML, cloud, analytics, automation, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation. Prior to OneMain, he held senior technology leadership roles at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, driving modernization across machine learning, cloud, automation, DevOps, and product engineering.
