Ben Ross

I am a visionary leader with extensive experience delivering exponential growth to organizations of all sizes. My areas of expertise include sales and marketing, operations management, business development, franchising, real estate, international business development and non-traditional development. I am a seasoned development professional with a specialty in franchising and real estate, including all aspects of the franchise sales process—from identifying prospects and initial contact through Discovery Day and closing to market planning, lease negotiations, build-out and more. As COO for Green Payments, I help organizations save money through efficient payment processing and merchant technology, while also helping agents and referral partners earn residual income. Passionate about using innovation to identify new business opportunities, I am highly skilled at building strategic partnerships and forming teams that deliver sustainable growth. I am an expert in strategic planning, employee development, marketing innovation and client relations, with an innate ability to partner at all levels of the organization to close lucrative deals that support profitable business development goals. While with Muscle Maker Grill, I was responsible for the opening of 100+ restaurants, including two in Kuwait. I landed the company a feature on CBS TV’s Undercover Boss, a #4 spot on Wall Street Journal Business Insider’s Favorite Lunch Spots list, a #5 spot on Restaurant Business Magazine’s Franchise Restaurants list and a Top 5 Movers & Shakers distinction from Fast Casual. I also appeared on Fox & Friends and received an acknowledgement with Muscle Maker as the 1st restaurant supporter with Shaping NJ, a collaborative effort of diverse stakeholders to make NJ healthier. In addition to my role with Green Payments, I also offer consulting services to businesses across all verticals in the areas of franchising, corporate, brand and business development and real estate.
