About The Speaker
With a rich product development background spanning two decades, I am leading within Wells Fargo's AI arm where we design, builds and transform across large customer facing workforces which serve over 100 million customers in contact centers, consumer operations. Regulated industries, like healthcare and financial services are knowledge and technology-enabled, have already benefited significantly from previously existing applications of artificial intelligence in areas such as contact centers, customer operations and customer life cycle management. My current passion lies in the use of generative AI tools to enhance customer satisfaction, improve decision making and employee experience, and decrease risks through better monitoring leading to detection, prevention and proactive remediation of customer needs. The opportunity to share this knowledge and experience is incredibly motivating, inspiring me to teach artificial intelligence at the University of California, Berkeley and coach career professionals step into AI roles.
