Sonny Brar

My name is Sonny Brar and I am currently the Global Vice President of Quality Assurance and Occupational Health & Safety for the second largest manufacturer of baked goods in North America-Fiera Foods. My role ensures overall compliance with quality assurance, food safety and workplace health, safety and law regulations. I oversee regulatory compliance for North America, China, Japan, and Mexico. I also teach Food Safety and Centre for Disease Control at York University. Previously to this, I had similar leadership and executive roles for Corporate IKEA, Corporate Maple Leaf Foods, Corporate ToysRUs and BabiesRUS
