Sundar Krishnan

Sundar is a seasoned AI/ML leader with over 10 years of experience applying risk-based strategies to drive impactful product outcomes in the Telecom and Healthcare industries. He currently serves as Director of the AI/ML team at Altice. Throughout his career, Sundar has worked with Fortune 500 companies, including CVS Health and Comcast, where he led high-impact data science initiatives. At CVS Health, Sundar led several initiatives (Caremark Commercial & Government product, Social Determinants of Health Product) focused on medication adherence to improve member behavior change and health equity. Prior to that, he was part of Comcast’s EBI team where he developed ML solutions for acquisition, retention, and growth for both B2C & B2B. In addition, Sundar played a key role in innovation efforts - building an internal employee chatbot, automating ML pipelines, and securing a patent for his work on content recommendation systems. Sundar holds a master's degree from Oklahoma State University and enjoys sharing his expertise with the AI/ML community as a speaker, judge, and mentor. He has authored a book "Applied Data Science Using PySpark" and recently published a paper on ROI on AI Ethics.
